Our first flagship store has opened in Los Angeles, in the prestigious Melrose Place, one of the most iconic shopping destinations in the world. The boutique – that extends over one floor and occupies over 200 sqm – offers an opportunity to fully experience the world of BY FAR in a physical space that celebrates the brand’s handbag, footwear and accessories collections.
Designed in close collaboration with renowned multidisciplinary studio De-yan and production by Bureau Betak Paris, the store echoes iconic brand codes intertwined with natural, organic elements that work together to create a modern, eclectic vibe.

A circular, recessed seating ring takes central
prominence in the space. The focal point allows an
opportunity for wandering eyes to take in the design
of the whole room basked in natural light.
Merchandising elements guidе movement and
encourage exploration, revealing hidden interior gems,
as bright orange fitting rooms – a slight nod to
BY FAR’s sophisticated playfulness.
Inspired by BY FAR’s unique digital presence, De-yan
analysed brand’s social platforms with AI and translated
them into a precise colour palette. A curated mix of eclectic
furniture juxtaposes the clean, modern lines of the interior
and the products it displays. The custom floor is composed
of imperial green marble and travertine stones sourced to
mimic the perfectly imperfect feel of croco pattern – a
distinctive motif in the brand’s collections.
Vibrant hues are incorporated throughout the space,
highlighting the structural design components. Soft art and
unique design articles outfit the environment, including
objects by up-and-coming brands like Rodi Studio displayed
along with one-of-a-kind vintage furniture pieces by the
Italian painter and sculptor Lino Bersani.
